We check qualifications and past work, then every shortlisted consultant completes a short paid test task reviewed by a senior analyst. Consultants keep their place based on client ratings and delivery record.
You receive a written quote first. Projects usually start with a deposit, with the balance due at agreed milestones. You can pay by mobile money or card, and you pay InsightLab directly, not the consultant.
Each quote includes agreed revisions. If the work doesn't match the scope you approved, we work with the consultant to fix it or reassign the project.
Yes. Consultants agree to confidentiality terms before they see any project data, and we can sign your organization's NDA.
No. For students we offer coaching, methods guidance, software training and feedback on your own analysis. You stay the author of your work.
Yes. Organizations with regular analysis or reporting needs can arrange a monthly retainer with a dedicated analyst.
